Meditation: Letting it go

Sometimes we hold onto things in our mind much longer than we need to. Sooner or later, we grow tired of repeatedly re-living those situations, and finally give ourselves permission to stop. It isn’t forgiving the situation. It’s forgiving yourself for allowing it to consume so much of your life. Today’s healing meditation is a release exercise using a visualization to physically give away the things in your mind that no longer serve your highest good. Give them away, and give yourself permission to live beyond the past. Namaste.
