We understand that your schedule doesn’t always line up with ours, so we have prepared a selection of healing-themed meditations for you to enjoy.
If you plan to join us in meditation on Tuesday nights at 7:00, or any time you feel you need it, feel free to pick a meditation from this list below, and enjoy! The “Featured Meditation” at the top of the list is the one we’ll be focusing on for the week. The list is updated on Tuesdays.

How to meditate for healing
When you meditate on healing, take time to share loving energies wherever they are needed: yourself, your loved ones, your community, your country, and our world. Our goal isn’t to “fix” anything, but to share energies that serve the highest good of all concerned, even if it doesn’t align with our personal desires. Focus your thoughts on the people in our healing book and on prayer lists everywhere. Hold in your Consciousness those in hospitals, hospice, nursing homes, prisons, and anywhere there is need of healing in mind, body, or spirit. Share energies of encouragement and acceptance of what is most needed on our path of spiritual unfoldment, for we know all is in Divine Order. Most importantly, enjoy!
