We are please to share a recording of a singing bowl healing meditation presented by Marie Dunkle during one of her many visits to The Meditation Center. Marie begins with some background information, including a wonderful explanation of the relationships between quartz crystal, the chakras (energy centers) and our body, followed by a wonderful 30-minute sound meditation.
