The Meditation Center will be hosting a monthly meditation session at the Jackson County Senior Center beginning in August. The center’s programs are available to Jackson County residents over the age of 50. The meditation sessions will be held on the third Wednesday of each month at 1:00 pm. The first session will be Wednesday, August 17. The Jackson County Senior Center is located at 100 County Services Park, Sylva, NC 28779, just off of Webster Road near Ingles.
