We have made the difficult decision to discontinue our classes sponsored by the Jackson County Department on Aging. December 15 was our final meditation class at the Senior Center. If you are one of our friends who have attended these classes, we welcome you to participate at The Meditation Center when you can. If you are interested in starting up a similar monthly Senior meditation group, please let us know and we’ll be happy to work with you!
