Monthly Wednesday Meditation

Third Wednesday of each month at 1:00 pm
Donations are encouraged and always appreciated!*

What to expect: This class includes a mindfulness discussion lasting about 20-40 minutes. After a short break, we will enter into a guided meditation. Participants should be able to sit comfortably for 15-20 minutes in low light. Please expect to arrive and be seated by 12:50 pm. Seating may be limited to avoid overcrowding.

What to bring: Just a willingness to find your peace! You are also welcome to bring a sweater or light blanket.

Out of respect for our guests with allergies, please avoid the use of essential oils and fragrances.

Join us for an interactive discussion on a selected topic designed to give new perspective to life. Sometimes we talk about something specific, and often, the group decides where to take the conversation, but it’s always good! We encourage participants to meditate on their own after the class ends to reflect on what we have discussed.

The schedule for this class is determined by the group, based on our individual schedules and availability. When we meet, it’s typically on a Thursday at 7:00 pm, but it’s up to the participants to decide what works best.

If you prefer a face-to-face experience, join us for our weekly in-person class at 1:00 pm on most Mondays, which features a selected discussion topic followed by meditation.

Weekly Healing Meditation

Tuesdays at 7:00 pm (except 5th Tuesday)
Donations encouraged and always appreciated*

A weekly guided meditation focusing on optimization of mind, body and spirit for participants, loved ones, all life everywhere and our planet. We join our energies and intent with other groups around the country to manifest healing and peace in our world.

Sessions not held on 5th Tuesday of the month or on major federal holidays that fall on Tuesday. On those dates, we ask you to take a moment and meditate with a focus on healing from wherever you are, or enjoy one of our recorded meditations.

What to expect: This is a guided meditation session. Participants should plan to arrive and be seated no later than 10 minutes before start time, and should be able and prepared to sit quietly for up to 30 minutes.

What to bring: Just a willingness to find your peace! You are welcome to bring a sweater or light blanket.

Each month, we offer an interactive experience featuring music, reverence and an inspiring Metaphysical lesson. Listen to recordings of past lessons on the Lessons page of our website. Join us for silent meditation and healing during the half hour before our start time.

Reservations are not required for this class. Please plan to arrive no later than 10:50 am.

Participants should be able to sit comfortably for 20-30 minutes in low light. Please expect to arrive and be seated by 12:50 pm. Seating may be limited to avoid overcrowding.

What to bring: Just a willingness to find your peace! You are also welcome to bring a sweater or light blanket.
