What is Shamanism?

Sunday, June 3, 2018 at 2:00 pm
with Carol Harrison (Shantu)
Donation: $10

What is Shamanism? How will it uplift my consciousness and bring peace to me as I walk my path?

Shamanism is an ancient tradition rooted in every culture around the world. Although practices may vary from culture to culture, the fundamental beliefs and values are the same. Shamanism is not a religion, but rather a life practice that brings us closer to the truth of who we are. It is a realization and acknowledgment that we must walk in balance with everything that shares our Mother Earth, and a knowing that Mother Earth herself is alive and deserving of our love, respect, honor, protection, and nurturing. It is a knowing that all things have a Spirit making it possible to communicate at any time.

Shamanic practices are a way of accessing information from the Divine and Spirit Helpers from “all worlds”, bringing insights for any aspect of our lives and the planet. Shamanic journey, healing/extraction sessions, soul retrieval, psychopomp, and divination will be explained. Carol is a present-day shaman, animal communicator, Reiki master, published writer, and teacher.

facilitated by Chris Carver
$10 donation

Join us for this special guided meditation designed to help you to literally let go of unwanted attachments in your life. This class uses a countdown technique that is designed to move our focus from the left side of the brain (analytical) towards the right (spiritual). The class uses powerful visual imagery to help us learn to give away and renew through meditation, and to release spiritual, physical, mental and emotional negativities.

Turn the Wheel: Summer Solstice

Thursday, June 21, 2018 at 7:00 pm
facilitated by Chris Carver
$10 donation

The summer solstice is the height of the sun’s journey through the wheel of the year. In this experience, we will look at the seeds that we have planted at the winter solstice, where we’ve made it this far in this journey and what we need to do to make the harvest as full as we can. From this moment on, the sun’s light wanes for the year.
