Special Classes

Cave of Regeneration (RSVP)

Thursday, October 26, 2017 at 7:00 pm
facilitated by Chris “Vissy” Carver
$10 donation for class (RSVP), plus $5 for printed copy of meditation materials (optional)

This class is a follow-up to our recent “Bridge of Release” meditation. Through our life and daily activities, we give of ourselves, but few of us takes time to recharge our batteries. During this meditation, Vissy takes us to a place that is of our own making deep within the earth. We will begin with a countdown designed to help both sides of our brain let go and move toward regeneration. Through a visualization, you are led downward into the deep earth. Finding a sacred spot that allows you to connect with the Divine, you release all that is no longer needed from your daily activities. Then the true purpose of this wonder cave is revealed, allowing regeneration to take place in your body, down to your very cells.  Each person will receive a special gift before the meditation begins.

Reservations are requested for this class, so we can ensure that we have adequate materials to share. Please call 828 356-1105 or send us an email at info@meditate-wnc.org to reserve a spot.
