Bridge of Release

Rescheduled: Thursday, March 5, 2020 at 7:00 pm
facilitated by Chris Carver

This special guided meditation is designed to help you to literally let go of unwanted attachments in your life. This class uses a countdown technique that is designed to move our focus from the left side of the brain (analytical) towards the right (spiritual). The class uses powerful visual imagery to help us learn to give away and renew through meditation, and to release spiritual, physical, mental and emotional negativities. $10 donation

A Spiritual “Warrior’s Garden

Thursday, March 26, 2020 at 7:00 pm
facilitated by Chris Carver
$10 donation

Throughout life, we are faced with many trials and battles. Sometimes these challenges might seem to be too much to handle. During this class we will discuss how looking toward past successes can give us an idea of how to deal with life’s everyday issues, and give us strength to continue with the “battles” we might currently be going through. Create a “garden” of your past victories to help with future challenges!

Vipassana is described as “a gentle-yet-thorough technique of meditation.” It is based on observation and self-exploration. It is a journey that allows the deep interconnectedness of mind and body to be realized, bringing a more heightened awareness of the present moment and our involvement in it.

Mana secured her title as meditation instructor in May 2017, after two years focused vipassana/mindfulness training. Mana has been a practitioner of self realization and spiritual healing for many years prior, and continues her journey on this path.

Come join us for some spiritual discussion and meditation!
