1. The Pond of Reflection

Thursday, July 11, 2019

During this workshop we will discuss the four areas of your life: physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional, exploring the obvious attributes of each area and then discovering some that might not be so obvious. Then we will discuss how the ability to reflect can help us with our day-to-day lives. This workshop will be useful to anyone, but will really help those who might feel that everyday life isn’t making sense anymore, those who might not know quite how they got to where they are or where to go from here, or those who are simply between stages of life. The workshop and worksheets help get the conscious mind in gear, while each person gets to visit their own Pond of Reflection to see what their sub-conscious shares with them.

2. The Bridge of Release

Thursday, August 8, 2019

During the Bridge of Release workshop, we will discuss the need to let go and release, and how this is not only an important part of each person’s journey, it is a must for spiritual development to occur. We will look into the four areas of life (physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional) to see if there are any linking areas and common themes to work on to free of unwanted energies, traits, habits, and patterns, making room for new growth in your life. Using the Bridge of Release, we each learn how to let go of these, and that when releasing, it is important to connect with our higher self to recharge.

3. The Cave of Regeneration

Thursday, September 12, 2019

This workshop is designed to recognize the importance of taking time in our life to stop and recharge. During this class, we will discuss how constant interaction with people and social media can deplete our energies, and without taking time for ourselves to recharge, we can find ourselves drained. Once at this drained state we might find it hard to think clearly, complete everyday tasks, or function at what we consider to be a normal energy. We will talk about using positive affirmation and setting boundaries in your life so that you don’t allow this to happen in your in life. Visiting the four areas of your life (physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional) we will look at common themes that drain us of our energies. During the meditation, we will go within ourselves and travel to a cave deep within the earth where we find the ability to recharge, revitalize, regenerate, and rejuvenate.

 4. The Garden of Rebirth

Thursday, October 3, 2019

This final workshop in the series is designed to help us get in the right mindset to bring that which we desire into our lives. The discussion is designed to help each person to make their mind fertile so that the thought-seeds that they plant will meet the least resistance for growth. Looking into the four areas of one’s life (mental, spiritual, emotional, and physical) we will use positive visual exercises, positive affirmations, and goal setting in order to see our thought-seeds manifest into reality. During the meditation we will visit a special garden where each person will be encouraged to make their own garden plot, planting seeds of what they want to manifest in their lives, and leaving with the proper tools to revisit their garden daily to see the growth of these seeds.
